Used ALLPRO Leaf Springs - Good to use?

Nothing. Just got it.

Just bought some used allpro leaf springs and on the front side of one of them, the military wrap is slightly off center. Is this ok? Anybody seen this before? Anything I can do to fix it? Picture shows it the best.
