Tacoma DCLB OR MGM

I’ve looked around for some time now and unable to find if there’s an OEM wiring harness available for trailer lights. I looked under truck and found empty plug. Anyone that has OEM trailer lights can you compare and see if you have something plugged into this area and take some pictures please. I’ve added hitch but need lighting and would prefer not to have use harness that runs all the way to battery. Picture is just above where hitch attaches to frame.
