    They should just forget the paper gasket and use some Permatex High-Temp Red RTV Silicone Gasket Maker. That will definitely fix it.

    Well that explains the leaking.

    Been bouncing all over the forum looking for patters and most of the fixes involve re-tightening the bolts > new seal with some speculating as to the breather being apart of the issue.
    Some say 18ft lbs and others say 28ft lbs for the bolts.
    Everyone trouble-shooting the issue should of course clean the area well so if the leak persists you can track it.

    But yeah...paper gasket...I just dont see that working well based on comments I've heard from Toyota Master Diag techs.
