Any vouches for places/sites that sell new/good frames? Just wondering before I start looking for a rolling chassis or a totaled truck with a good frame

I’ve got an extended cab 4x4 frame. It was a 2.7 but motor mounts are easily moved

As you've probably found out you are unlikely to find anything useable in the northeast. Toyota bought back a lot of Tacomas up here because of frame rot. Just to be sure, call a couple of salvage yards and ask.

Robertson's in Wareham and Everett's in Brockton are probably the largest ones near you, but there are others.

If I were looking, I'd start looking in Virginia and south from there. States that don't get a lot of snow and use less or no road salt are more likely to have some useable frames.

You can search on line here, https://www.partshotlines.com/

    Good luck.

Have you checked with your local Dealer? They might still be able to get one
