Hey all, I recently upgraded my stock Tacoma with some larger RRW wheels & Falken Wildpeak A/T3W 275/70/17's. Added Eibach's Stage 2 coils in the front and new shocks & spacers in the back.

Huge fan of how it came out, but I'm getting some slight rub on the front inner fenders at certain angles. (see attached). If it were anywhere else, I'd just hit it with a heat gun and call it a day but it looks like the bottom of the bumper is actually attached there.

Has anyone run into a similar issue or have thoughts? It's very unnerving to hear rubbing at speed lol.

I have the same setup. I just unbolted the air dam from the bottom and did a little bit of molding with the heat gun.

275 70 17 and Ya still have the air dam on? Are you shitting me? Seriously, you are probably rubbing down by the pinch weld, there is some plastic parts down there that is really easy to remove.

Back side of where you're looking down by the Pinch weld look and you'll see what I'm talking about. Guarantee you'll probably see the rub spot there. Good Luck.

Ha! I did have to trim the air dam but figured after everything I spent for this setup, a little better gas mileage couldn’t hurt.

The pinch weld is toward the back of the fender, right? Not the front? I’m haven’t seen any evidence of rubbing there but will check again. From the side profile, the tire is definitely closer to the front plastic then the back.

yeah I think I’ll have to give that a shot. Did you mold the plastic by hand or use something to push it in?
