Its been raining since last night here in bristol, so me and some friends are heading up to abingdon (15-20 min north of bristol, in VA) to hit mud trails
i am in my tacoma with warn 8000 lb winch, they are in jeep grand cherokees (mid 90's and stock), i havent been on the trail before, so i will let them go first, the way i figure it, anything they can get through i can get through
i will try to post pics of during/after the trip

has anyone been offroading and/or mudding around tricities area of TN?

I have been to harlan a few times and GWNF. Both are extremely fun and lots of trails that a stock truck can go without getting demolished. Where are the trails in Abingdon? I go to school in Wise and I would like a few trails within an hour to hit every now and then

they weren't trails like my friend said unfortunately. just a big empty lot full of mud, on the bright side, he slid his jeep grand cherokee into a ditch and couldn't get out, my truck is now officially a jeep rescue vehicle :D

i will attach some pics, unfortunately i was too late in taking them, but you can still see where i pulled him out of

one has him pointing at me and telling me to stop taking pictures (didnt want proof that his jeep was pulled out by "that japanese thing" (his words)

oh, and the ditch you see 2 tires out and 2 tires in the bottom, rear drivers side tire in the air
