    New Tacoma owner here curious if anyone knows the part number or name for this headlight that I have out.

    New? As in still under factory warranty? You should be able to get your dealer to replace that.

    Your low beams are on. Is it out with them off? That particular light is driven by two sources. The DRL is full brightness, and is the green wire on the plug with green/blue/white with a black stripe wires going to it. When the low beam is on, that DRL wire will have no power, but the blue (parking light) wire should. That is what drives that light when it is dimmed.

    edit: if it is out with DRL and parking lights (as in it never lights up) check the ground. The white wire with the black stripe. If everything checks out, you most likely have a bad LED board. If the truck is under warranty, do that for sure. If it isn’t, and you really want it fixed, try hitting up @no vtec 4me and he might have a spare he’d sale.

    Yes I am having them fix it. I work on the road and they wanted me to bring it in before they order the part. So I wanted to give them the exact details so I didnt have to take it in twice.
