Starting this thread cause in my research, not much info exists on this product. Here is my experience thus far.

The switch was installed by the previous owner in my new taco (had an 06, upgraded to a 15) and worked fine. He had the Acc wire tied into a harness so that when you pushed the button in the cab, it turned on the unit. Did it this way to make it like a "safety" more or less and still usable when the truck is off. I then relocated the switch pad, thinking I wanted it in a different spot. I was wrong. At the same time, I removed the harness he had it on and tied the acc line into an ignition via add a fuse.

I then realized he probably had it setup in the best way possible and again, relocated the switches back to where they were and tried to tie the switches back into the button. This is where my problem arose. Now when I press the button, the unit will not turn on. I've quadruple checked every fuse and part of the system. I called ProComp and after some help diagnosing, they are sending me a complete new unit for free. Fantastic customer service IMHO. I opened up the silver box last night and checked the fuses as I'm kinda impatient and figured "hey if I can fix one, I'll give one to my friend" or something like that. Well no cigar, however see the photo below for what the internals of the box look like. Fuses and relays for each accessory then one fuse for the Acc line. I tried replacing this fuse, but no luck.

My current theory is that when I relocated the switch the last time, something in the switch broke. I've heard they can be fragile. I will take a multimeter when the new one arrives and compare to each other and see if I can pinpoint the issue then update this thread. Based on a few other reviews and the procomp CS rep, it's probably something inside the switch pad though.
