    Well, if it pulls right on plane, trim out till it runs true without wheel input.
    Keep kicking it out a touch until cavitation or starts to porpoise and pull it in a bit.
    After a few time’s it will become a no brainer

    If you could get one installed IMHO it’s the best money I spent on my boat.
    I know exactly where the motor has to be for proper tim at a glance.
    No hunting for the perfect angle. Once you find it, you go right to it.
    You can also remember your hi trim for shallow. I never have to look at the motor
    To check the angle.
