    I had one of the first BK +2’s in production - I’d go with JD or TC Race over BK any day.

    I guess but you’ll be limiting droop significantly. You could run a stock length shock on any kit if it reaches the lower mount at ride height but you’ll be limiting travel enough to not even make the kit worthwhile.

    Kind of rare as more guys are building their trucks than going back to stock but occasionally people will be go back to stock - just keep an eye out in the LT classifieds and the 2nd / 3rd gen parts sales threads.

    @Califor2A I think the UCA is a standard size on a lot of these kits, so it's possible.

    I had a TC stock length dual shock kit (UCA and LCA) and installed the TC tower gussets at the same time.

    3 yrs later I just installed the DK +3.5 LT using the same TC tower gussets, and it's working fine.
