TACOMA SHAKING PROBLEM

Hello. I have an 07 TRD Sport AUTOMATIC. There is a strange vibration when my transmission shift gears. It's usually from 1 to gear 2 and when going 25mph. It begins to do it a little when I reach 40mph as well. This mainly happens when I slowly accelerate. It doesn’t do it when I accelerate fast. I read around and tried literally everything. From changing u joints to the carrier bearing. Two mechanics couldn’t diagnose the problem and the truck read no codes. I did read however that replacing the transmission oil will fix it. So I recently replaced my transmission oil and drained the old one out as well as replaced the filter. My truck stopped doing it as bad and doesn’t do it when it’s cold. Idk if I’m just over thinking it. Could it be because I needed to do a full transmission flush? I also read on this thread that it could be my spark plugs? I really don’t know what to do now.

Typical rumble strip. I fixes mine with a full transmission flush plus a lubeguard additive.

Damn do you think I can recycle the new fluid I just put in? It was pretty pricey since it was straight from the dealer.

 

If you already replaced u joints, I would check wheel balance, wheel bearings (if turning makes it better/worse), front diff bearing if you’re 4x4.

it’s not your spark plugs.

if your transmission fluid is at the correct level that shouldn’t be the issue. I wouldn’t use any additives to try to solve the problem.

Are you 4x4?
how many miles on it?

 

Hey man I’m at 120 and it’s not a 4x4. Seems like everyone is pointing me to additives? What’s the pros and cons to that? Seems like that’s my last option tbh. No mechanic is helping me figure it out either.
