maybe a little. does it wobble a lot when you wiggle it up and down?
Mine was way worse when I finally got around to replacing it. Looks like you've got some time.

How much play do you have in it?

Get under the truck and move it around to see if there's more than normal play.

I don't see any obvious destruction of the bushing but that doesn't mean it's not worn. If it has a ton of play in it then yes, replace it. A bit of play is normal

Ya might as well refresh it anyway while you’re working on that truck.

hard to tell from that picture. Bushing doesnt seem to be in bad condition. Not an expensive part and fairly easy to do.

The thing about carrier bearings it they get worn out in one spot, the spot in the rubber where the DS "decides" to load it when you accelerate. The trick is to push the DS around in a circle to see if there is kind of a deep or soft spot where the rubber is more compressed than the rest of the bearing.

If you replace it, consider replacing u joints while you're in there if they have any slop in them.
