I have no clue what lift it’s on so I’m hoping you guys could help a fella out. I have some pictures of the from and rear and a side picture. It’s sitting on 31s

I’m looking to maybe “upgrade” to 6112 and 5160. It fits my budgets of $1800 but I’m looking to keep the height of my truck the same or possible lift it a bit higher but I don’t want to lose any height on it. Will the 6112/5160 keep it the same?

The 6112's are adjustable, the bottom spring perch has different rings to adjust spring preload, if you're using the stock springs going up on the preload will give you lift.
here's a screenshot from Shock surplus.
The 5160's are just shocks and will not affect ride height.

I have attached a few pics of my suspension ^^^^ that’s how the trucks sits. I’m not sure what kind of rear bilistien suspension is on it but I would like to keep the height the same. Would adding the 3AAL add a lift to the 5160?

What makes you think your suspension is “trashed”?

I’m not too family with Radflo but pretty sure whatever setup you have on the front is pretty high quality, possibly better than 6112. Almost certainly more expensive. I’d try to confirm what model the front is then see if that mode suits your needs. If so, then I’d contact Radflo to see about just rebuilding what you have already. That’s likely your best bang for the buck.

The rear shocks you have are already the 5160s.

Take some pics of your leaf pack. It looks like you might already have some kind of AAL or block. Not sure what the front is set to, but if it’s lifted at all then I think the rear is lifted too. It could be helpful to measure from your wheel center up to the fender. If you can get that measurement then you can figure out how much lift you have currently.

    Nice Pics,
I think the most cost effective route would be to have the Radflos rebuilt, but that would take your truck out of service for a bit unless you have some spare coilovers laying around. I would inspect the shafts on the rear bilsteins to make sure they're no leaking, knicked or have scratches. Not sure if Bilstein rebuilds those, but it would be an easy install if you need to replace them.
