Hello all . I have a 2021 TRD sport 4WD I just got 265-70-17 I belive 4 ply Wildpeaks and noticed a pretty big MPG hit about 3 mpg. I read posts that said not changes were noticed when going up a size for many on here -Thoughts? Love the look and they are super quiet just curious on MPG loss. Thanks!

    Standard load or e rated?

    Tire pressure?

I’d say pretty normal, you lose a tiny bit of mileage to ratio, weight and rolling resistance. They aren’t bad but certainly not a highway tire. Most report 2 mpg. I run 2 sets and the up size are fine except for city driving. Going up a size and city driving is murder on mpg.

They are standard load -33 psi-It seems the city is where i see the biggest hit as stated guess the price we pay for looks and better snow and off road capability.. What are people running for PSI on the road driving ? My friend went up to 37PSI the tire store put mine at 33 haven't messed with that yet
