Upon reading through tons of previous posts on TW, I still can't really find a solid answer to my problem.
Two things common within the Tacoma community are:
    1. Bilstein 5100 struts paired with Eibach Pro Lift coil springs
    2. Adding a considerable amount of extra weight to our trucks

So while there are certainly other posts that touch on this subject, I think this post about this specific circumstance and issue could be helpful to others on TW. So please don't bump this post.

    ANYWAY...
    I have a 2nd gen (2015) DCLB Tacoma.
Almost a year ago, I got Bilstein 5100 adjustable front struts paired with Eibach's Pro Lift springs.
I must have made an oopsie though, because I didn't account for all the extra weight on the front of the truck. Got probably 250 extra lbs up front with ARB bumper, 10k synthetic winch and big group 34 Odyssey battery. No skid plates, no rock sliders, no roof rack. I do however plan on doing sliders and aluminum skids at some point though. There's extra weight in the bed of the truck too, (about 200 lbs) with a bed rack and rooftop tent.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, my front end sags... quite a bit.

I need advice though, because I have been told by both Eibach reps and the company I purchased the shocks & springs from that the 650 lb Eibach Pro Lift springs should provide about 2 inches of lift in the front, even with the extra weight.
This is obviously bulls*** because I have been through two pairs of the Eibach Pro Lift springs (one pair under warranty because I thought the sagging was a defect in the first pair) and they both provide the front of the truck with MAYBE an inch of lift. Maybe.
This last time I had the struts out and apart, I switched the 5100 snap ring to the second rung and added a ⅜" top hat spacer to each strut, but it made a minimal difference. I still have under 2" of front lift.

So guys, WHICH FREAKING SPRINGS DO I NEED to achieve 2”-2½" of lift in the front with all the extra weight? OME 886? I've read that as a suggestion, but I'm worried they will sag too.

I'm so tired of pulling the front suspension apart over and over just to get sub par results.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Probably need to go with 886's, if not a 700lb 14" coil. I would talk a reputable shop like Headstrong for suggestions.

FWIW, I have essentially the same truck and used to run 5100s. I had the 620lb Toytec/Eibach coils (pretty sure it's a 15" coil) on the second clip with a 1/2" top spacer and got about 2.5" of lift on stock weight. I believe the Eibach "lift" coils you got are 650lb 14", which being 1" shorter is likely why you can't get the lift you are after.

Thank you guys so much for that awesome information! I have always wanted Dobinsons suspension components, so maybe it's time to get their coils (assuming they'll fit the 5100 struts).

I adjusted the 5100 snap ring to the second rung from the bottom.
I've read that doing that doesn't really affect ride quality too much, but moving to the 3rd and top rung negatively affected ride quality.
Ride quality has ALWAYS been an issue with my truck. It's always ridden like a covered wagon, so I'm trying to get as comfortable of a ride as I can without spending $2,000 on coilovers.

Freaking awesome! Those are the springs I'll go with then.

I will post back on here with before and after pictures once I have the Dobinsons C59-354 coils on the truck.

Eibach has a 742 pound coil that works with the 5100s. At the bottom clip setting at stock weight you get 2" from it. Your not supposed to bump those clips w aftermarket coils. The clips are for oem coils. But you can probably get away w one clip up. Plus a 3/8 spacer. Again not really recommended though. Youre in need of a stage 2 or 3 type of shock with a threaded collar so that you can adjust on the vehicle as you keep adding weight like ironmans foam pro. Plus they have a 700 and 800 pound coil but the 700 one is likely a better fit.

This is the eibach part number.

Yes, they fit on 5100's and Eibach struts just the same.
