My question is will my existing lug nuts fit the new rims ? Top image is new rims and bottom image is my current rims Any info is greatly appreciated!

No, they won't. Your rims are steel, replacement rims are aluminum. Different nuts.

You'll want to buy aftermarket lugs anyway. The OEM aluminum lugs have chrome "caps" on them that in short order get loose, sometimes twist, and cause problems in removing the lugs. I replaced mine with solid lugs I found on Amazon. Do a search for lug nuts on TW and links should come up.

Unless those are better built, the price on them may not be cheaper than OEM. Last year I bought some replacement lugnuts from my local dealership, and when you order through parts.toyota.com they gave a discount so I paid only $2.84/ea. Part num 9008494001.

*Edit - I just realized yours are the "long version" whereas mine were the short one. That probably explains the price difference but I would still suggest the OP compare prices with parts.toyota.com with local dealership pick up (or get the solid ones that the other guy recommended)

Thank you guys for the reply’s, I guess I’ll call Toyota and see if they have any at the dealer.
one more question, I’ve searched online and found conflicting answers on if the TPMS sensor will swap over successfully. Anyone have experience will this ?

OE sensors for steel wheels will not fit alloy wheels... the sensor angles down from the stem at too much of an angle, so the sensor hits the valley of the rim. They'd work the other way around, but not that way. I have $160 worth of metal-stem VDO sensors on mine thanks to that *mumble grumble*

On the lug nuts, whichever way you go, make sure you get solid ones, not the stupid sheet metal capped ones that rust underneath the caps & swell up. I bought Gorilla 73138T (which are the shorter ones) and 3 or 4 winters later they still look perfect, which is surprising around me.

What's the difference between lugs that have washers (OEM) and lugs that do not? (Other than the obvious?!?!)

e.g.) Do the stock wheels require lugs with washers? Do aftermarket wheels require lugs that don't?

    Thanks!

Steelies & most aftermarket alloys use regular cone seat nuts, you could most likely reuse your stock ones with aftermarket wheels (if you can fit a 21mm socket down the holes)

Toyota alloys require those mag-style nuts, with washers.
