Hey there everyone! Unlike some people I am a shade tree mechanic and I work on my own vehicles. I have a 2011 Tacoma Prerunner 2.7 and I’m working on the AC compressor. I need to ask if someone knows the dimensions of the shaft seal. I believe it’s a Delphi compressor but I’m trying to order a shaft seal and I want to make sure I get the right one.

It's 25mm OD 14mm ID. Not an easy seal to replace successfully. Speaking as an ex-mechanic, I wouldn't risk doing all the work and then discovering it's leaking and having to go through a discharge/recharge over and over. Don't know your situation, but IMO...it'll be cheaper (time, money, heartache) to get a new compressor which is a shade over $200 from Toyota.

I agree with the replacement of the compressor.
Looking at the aggravation and the hazards of a failure after all this work on the compressor. Not worth the chance of a grenaded compressor and all the cost of that.

I would spend the 200 bucks for a new one and not worry about it.
