Cam phaser probably.
I forget what Toyota calls them, but it happens.

There’s a YouTube video on it floating around that explains it.

 

Does it go away fairly quick?
Or does it sound like that until it fully warm?

Crazy I started hearing the same thing in my truck recently. Freaked me out because it sounds like engine knock.

 

Made no noise on initial start up I got out walked around to the passenger side and then it started making the noise on and off like the start of my video until it was flat out I took the video and then shut it off

 

Sounds like the normal 4.0 tick but louder, have you checked your oil level and condition?
