    If you plan of keeping it for long time......the Bilstein's will probably out last all the others....
    better materials, better design, better seals.........
    Seen some old bilsteins so old and tortured, couldn't hardy tell they're bilsteins, still working fine with no leaks......

    I chose the KYb's because they sell themselves as a fairly stiff ride.....not mushy like the cheapies.....more like factory....
    half the price of the bilsteins.......

    I wont even drive mine in the rain......sooo ...not too worried.....
    ....dont think wheel hop is a thing....on asphalt...

    Bilstein 6112 shocks on a 1st gen Tacoma? Serious.

    Least he gave the OP some useful advise regarding the difference between cheap, and not-so-cheap shocks.
