Keep the bug deflector or no? Can’t decide. Thoughts?

It's a personal choice. I personally think they look tacky. Others think they look sweet. It will help prevent stone chips, so it has that going for it.

 

Build it your way , if you like it run it .

 

If you take it off, the bugs win.

 

This is the least of your worries. You need to keep an eye on that will-peel-very-soon Super White paint.

Ditch - I've never found them to be all that effective and I hate the look. At least people stopped putting slogans on them. "Grandpa's Toy" and the like.

Those stupid things look like crap and don't do a damn thing other than maybe deflect some fornicating love bugs over your windshield. I vote ditch it.

keep it. Looks awesome with it and it will protect it from little rocks chipping your hood.

 

Your build. You do what makes you happy. But, personally, not my style.

 

I would be more concerned with the way it was mounted. there are plent of posts having to do with paint damage from the mounting points. Mine rubbed on the grill surround and headlights due to the rotten fittment of the hood from Toyota.

 

I suddenly feel attacked and/or need to start shopping for tattoo removal clinics.

 

The only good one/best one I ever saw that made me chuckle was on a Ford back in the day. All it said was "Heartbeat my ass..."
