    How did the shop do it with only 4 leafs and other company's use more than that to achieve lift and tow capacity?

    I'm not knocking i'm just inquiring about this due to the fact i might want to purchase...

    It is because i wanted a slightly stiffer spring cause i was towing almost once a week. and if you tow with a progressive spring(9-11 leaf) they are much softer and will flatten out very fast. I am not towing as much now and want to be able to his the whoops at pismo at 45 and feel next to nothing so i went with the allpro's. haha

    Well if i do more street driving then offroading would you say a more progressive set up is better if i will only be towing slightly..

    not necessarily. Progressive springs are really centered around offroad use.

    But i would like a smoother ride and for them to be more stiff if things start getting super rough..

    Thats the problem with a leaf spring, you cant have the best of both worlds...
