I didn't get to see the games last night but Murray's debut in Toronto didn't go how I hoped that it would.

Excited to watch the Pens tonight. Just hope we can stay healthy and I think we still can contend this year.

Quick recap -- Murray didn't look terrible but I don't see him keeping the starting position, Leafs defense is way to weak to support him enough, McJesus is still stupid good, about all you missed ha

I'm an Av's fan and I really want to see Nate and Sid head to head in the finals so best of luck to ya.

Only goal I saw was that one that Caufield roofed from in tight. Not much he could do about that. It was nasty. But didn't see the others. And you might be right.

That would be cool, for sure.

Pens "old guys" looked pretty good last night. Hope that is a glimpse of what's to come this year. All 3 of those guys had some serious jump and the team as a whole looked really good. Granted, it's the Yotes but still.

Caught some of the Kings game and the Flames/Avs game too. Flames already look pretty solid w/ the new guys. I will be curious how their offense looks this year, after swapping out 2 of their big guns.

I especially like Malkin's play. He had more jump and a sense of teamwork. Of course he always stands up for himself as well, but no stupid penalties from him is encouraging. Great to see Zucker score after all he's been through. And Kapanen too. maybe this is finally his year to shine?

Ya if you had to pick 2 guys on the team that you'd want to see score and get off to a good start, I think 98% of the city would've said Zucker and Kapp, right? Lol. So that was awesome. If those guys can stay healthy and contribute a reasonable amount of support, it will be huge. Because you know you'll get production from Rust, Jake and Rakell. So if everyone lives up to expectations (or close) it can be a very solid, well-rounded roster. We will see how the new D core is. I like the bigger bodies to compliment the skill guys. And goaltending is a non-issue for me unless there is a major injury.

I know they’re missing some key players due to injuries. They have speed and get across the blue line well but are not good at getting off shots. Should be a better team if they get some guys back.

Pens trip through Alberta didn't go as planned lol. That was an annoying 2 games to watch. Calgary is solid this year, so far though. And as everyone knows, when Edmonton turns on the offense, it's just insane how quickly the can pile on some goals.

Also, I'd like to take a moment to honor Phil the Thrill on being the NHL's new Ironman and getting his 400th goal. What a legend.

Pens play looked sloppy. So many penalties and some foolish plays on the blue line while on the PP. Some pleasantly surprising play by a few and some disappointing play by a few others, like the #1 d-men pairing.

Letang and Dumo got absolutely torched in the Edmonton game. Especially Leon's goal made them look like they didn't belong in the NHL lol.

I think Dumo and Zucker are going to be out much of the season or have diminished play. Fortunately, this is the last year for both. It's time to move on and free up some cap space.

Jesus.....I've heard some 'homer' commentators before, but these Blah-Cocks guys are un-fucking-real!!!! The refs are also blind AF!!!

Meh....he had a valid argument. The refs suck ass tonight. Seth Jones totally dumped Kane into the cocks goalie....and Kane scored right after. And it got reversed.....which was total bullshit!! I think Kane handled it about a hundred times better than I would've..
