    Gone, no longer available.

Purchased new from HotShot OffRoad in June of this year. All road miles, maybe 2-3k worth including one 1k drive as I moved in August. Too stiff for my '05 RC and just got swapped out today.

    FOX part number: 985-02-002

These are 2.0's, no remote reservoir, no DSC.

Bump and also willing to deliver in November anywhere between San Diego and Portland along the I5 corridor and maybe even closer to 101. Also might be open to a trade for something cool. Let's find these a home, yeah? They aren't bad at all, just need a heavier front end than my '05 RC at 3400 lbs.

Bumpity bump. Without a part number I'm going to assume these fox 2.0's don't require uca's?

I was tempted, but I'm somewhere in between ordering 2.5 fox elites/n98 deavers from accutune and trading for a ford raptor if I can find one for msrp. Might have to wait for the 2023's. :annoyed:

    GLWS! :hattip:

Oh yeah lemme go hunt for a number on these things.

I had them on with stock UCA and stock wheels and tires, no problems other than too stiff for my wimpy truck.

I have these same coilovers on my truck and the ride is really good. From fox if the preload was never adjusted, you get a nice 1" lift on a 3rd gen. You can adjust up to a 2" lift. This is a great price!

Thanks for the bump. Note that Jason (aka speed freak) did adjust the preload for me, mostly to attempt to soften the ride quality for the truck. So, at present time, it is likely going to be close to stock height or maybe a very small lift. There are some small scratches on the collar from that adjustment and some scrapes on the springs from a very small rub with the anti sway bar which was addressed after the alignment shop pointed it out. I did not treat these like delicate heirloom fine china, but I didn’t beat on them either. They don’t look ugly but they aren’t new anymore.

I suspect they would be a solid upgrade for any DCSB? Just needs more weight than my wimpy I4 2wd RC could provide.

Who wants a reasonably priced upgrade up front. These are adjustable height, 0-2” I think?

Just wondering why you didn't change spring rate if they were just too stiff?

    1. Because I’m an idiot?
    2. Because Accutune advised me to get a shock that can be tuned
    3. Because I really wanted someone else to own the proper solution.
    4. because I moved and wanted a “bolt on and done” solution

I did discuss that with Accutune. They wanted TC UCA’s too and their shock tuning. I went with exactly what they suggested and 550’s. The first shop bungled the install and my collars wound up cross threaded. 2nd shop destroyed the collars trying to eliminate 2” squat. Ordered new collars from Accutune. Now I have 1” squat with no threads showing. So I’m in process on ordering 500’s.

Quite the drama. I might just take the truck out to the middle of nowhere and set fire to it.
