So I bought a 3rd gen Tacoma and when going 60 it stay in 5th and won’t go to 6th. Not sure if it’s just bc of the loft or what and wanting to know with re gearing it will help. Thanks in advance

35s? Pics so we can see the beast.

You may need to regear, but the truck is likely working hard to maintain speed.

Get that thing tuned. Will help tremendously and way cheaper than a regear

Nice truck brother as Bishop said you are probably going to need a regear to solve your issues. Hopefully someone with a big lift like yours will chime in with their experience.

Not necessarily. A tune will help with the bigger tires, better throttle response and much better shift points

    Work in progress...
60 mph you want it in 5th. With those Big O Tires it is like 6th gear for a stock Tacoma if not 4th. Sounds like your rig is dialed in. Gun it and guide it.
