Multiple documented failures in every aspect across the forums already, mags are suspect, etc.

As with everything Springfield, avoid at all costs. I will say that having extra competition in the 2011 space should help make costs more competitive though.

 

My Springfield 1911 Loaded has no issues?
Guess I'll look into the Prodigy issues, not that I'm gonna shell out almost $2k for a pistol.

 

Not sure where I’m going with this but it’s a start on the opener.

 

I like springfield. Only one i had issues with was a 1911 GI. It would shoot fine, just the shell casings would come out and pop me in forehead! The pistols i have all work great.
