Put her to work again..Friend had some small sugar maple trees, went and dug them out and replanted them for over-wintering until transplanting next spring.

Are you lifted and did you measure drive shaft angles before and after the lift? If you didnt measure did you at least do a carrier bearing drop kit with any lift? vibes on takeoff are usually drive line angles being off which is a common outcome to lifts on these trucks and 2 piece drive shafts.

Yes been lifted for 3 years never had the issue before. Carrier barring is dropped and only thing I did recently is 33s but that doesn't change the driveshaft angle. I am guessing it was lack of grease. They each took about 4 pumps so there was probably a little slop in them.

I did a little project that’s going to be controversial to some people but it came out awesome! I had retrofit source projectors retrofit it into stock housings for 85,000 miles then they started to become problematic… so I went back to original stock lights…. but I had this idea to retrofit in 7 inch jeep wrangler DOT approved LED assemblies! I’m hoping to dial in the output a little bit more tonight but last night they seem to be pretty good coming off of stock lights and retrofits!177EA616-5890-4366-96DD-E4EDF11ACBC3.jpg 5BA6879D-96E8-4748-B0B9-59465FD7427D.jpg06491527-D8FE-42C0-9CA1-D8BF385A8FE1.jpg B266AA9C-81D2-457E-AE03-18EF10C83ADC.jpgB4D076D7-4F0D-42BC-AC23-1C1C34638B54.jpg

@Johnny DemonT Did you attach the lights somehow to the stock adjustment points in the housing itself? Looks great!

Bilstein 5100’s with 2 1/2” lift in front and 1” in back. UnderCover Bed Cap. Train horn.

I've ordered an amp for the front speakers and a couple of kits (install kits for the door speakers and wiring kits for the powered sub and amp). Figured I might as well amp the door speakers while I've got everything apart. I'll let you know once it's all installed.

    ***UPDATE***
Finally got everything installed. The powered amp doesn’t really fit. I have it under the passenger seat and while it is under there, you can’t really adjust the seat forward or back. For me, for now, this isn’t actually an issue because 99.9% of the time I’m alone. But no, it’s not practical and I’m sure I’ll end up relocating it to behind the seat…which defeats the whole purpose, I didn’t want it exposed at all. Luckily it wasn’t too expensive (I paid $105 on Amazon).

But it does what it’s supposed to do, there is now bass in my truck. I put in new door speakers and an amp for those as well so I’m still trying to get it all dialed in…not something I’m real good at so it may take awhile.

That is exactly what I did so I could use the bowl to center them. Now that said as you know there isn’t like a whole ton of adjustment there but I went off of how my projectors were mounted before. I had to really get creative with how to mount them basically using four small pieces of metal bracket it was a bit of a science experiment I had the micrometer out and everything:thumbsup:

On a general drive down the street the light output was adequate without being over the top even with my retrofits I always had everything aimed pretty far down for my cut off but I’m also lifted way up and my truck is already controversial enough. I actually think the stock bowls and bulbs unadjusted improperly were far more controversial when I was on 3” of lift and didn’t adjust them right away…..

This happened to me with my motorcycle. The gasket on my radiator cap wasn't sealing properly and I was losing coolant in my overfill area. Swapped out a new cap and it stopped.

I also noticed the inside of my radiator was actually rusty. The lack of seal caused oxidation inside

New rain guards. Came in today. In channel style. I’ve had bad luck with them on other cars where the window wouldn’t go up all the way. These fit nice. $40 on Amazon next day delivery. I’m happy with them. A9CD1A9A-99B5-4613-B186-3E80DC0DD136.jpg

Got the passenger uca done. Do the driver tomorrow. One trick was to remove the grill to tap the bolt in. Another is a 22.5 socket for the lugs. Finished up the driver side, and all went well. Again, taking out the grill made is way easier to tap in the bolts

Me too. I'm thinking of using L brackets bolted to the inner fender? I have a box of the oem liner clips that I'll use on any existing holes in the wheel well, as well as a box of self tapping screws if push comes to shove.

I recently upgraded all door speakers, head unit, and added a slim Rockville powered sub. I think for my needs it sounds great! I didn't want major bass like I did in the 90's. Just enough to supplement the door speakers. It pumps out way more than I had expected and i have had to dial it back some. Couldn't be happier with it.

Installed some new seat covers. Way easier with the seats removed.
