Missing Rear Seat Bottom Loops?

    I bought my truck a couple of weeks ago and it is still less than a year old and both of the rear seat bottom pulls or loops are missing. From the looks of it...they may never have been installed. Does anyone know what they are called so that I can search for them on a Toyota parts site? I want to call them pulls or loops but I can't see anything on a diagram that looks like these. The diagrams are not great. Thanks in advance!
