DRL not working but work when park or headlights on

My DRL don't work when in DRL when switched on but turn the switch to park lights or switch to headlights they work. Checked the fuse and it is good. Help

 

Is it parked with the E brake on?

Also there is a setting in the head unit that DRL might be turned off. Vehicle setting / Lighting ~ or something like that, I forget

Not certain I understand but...

my 06 prerunner did not have DRL on the flasher stalk. My 2014 does and is listed as DLRL and, I have to have e-brake off.
Might not be of help in your situation. Good luck.

 

Got it figured out from "Tacospike" as it was in settings DRL off turned it back on wala
