I have been looking for some struts that’ll lift the front end of my truck but have a hard time finding loaded ones.Is there any other places that sells them with a front lift or would i need to do some fab work for a front lift.Any tips will help.

Tons, new threads every day on the subject (with repeated information).

You need coilovers, as your truck does not use struts.

You can also use spacers but those are frowned upon.

Bilstein, Fox, Rancho, King, ADS, Icon, Toytec, many different vendors offer support for these trucks just do a search.

It refers to the assembly itself; your truck uses a shock in the front and in the rear.

However, the rear of your truck is supported by a leaf pack.

    The front, by coils.

The combined shock and coil assembly up front results in using a coilover.

OME lists a variety of coils to be used, and are often combined with OME Nitrocharger shocks or Bilstein 5100s.

Moving up to premium variants means you have better adjustability, and a smoother off-road experience due to larger shock bodies for better heat dissipation. They'll also have better valving for such off-road use.

Got it,I haven’t really messed with my suspension until now since i want to get it a bit leveled with the rear without using spacers

You may want to check out Wheelers offroad. I've seen posts from other members who have ordered pre assembled new shocks and coil springs from them. It might be worth calling them vs just checking out their site.

    Yep.

They can recommend the OP on what coil to use based on his use.

I'll assume he'll use 880's since he's a Prerunner with no winch or aftermarket bumper.

Depending on your garage / tool setup- getting a pre assembled unit makes the job do able with 14mm and 19mm wrenches, and the OEM bottle jack.

Its the reason why i want to get preassembled ones, although it adds a bit to the price it would be much more hassle free to install them.

That's what he meant; buy it pre-assembled and install yourself.

    Easy job.
