New to Toyota...new to Tacoma!

I've been in the retail car business for the past 35-years, and have owned every "look at me" car available...or most anyway. I recently moved from Dallas, TX up to Missouri, in the Springfield, MO area...and having bought a home a few miles outside of the city, I suddenly found myself looking at trucks for the first time ever. I'm single, without a bunch of kids, and don't need a full-sized truck...so I looked at, and pounced on a relatively low-mileage 2019 Tacoma SR5 4x4 a customer traded in at the dealership I work for now.

Although it has fewer "toys & bells" than I'm used to in the luxury cars I've had...even fewer than the Honda Accord I traded for the Tacoma, I am almost happy to simplify things in my life a little more, and really like the fact that buying a Toyota is more of an investment than most anything else simply because of the higher resale value they tend to carry if I decide to trade it in a few years. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase!

But...I don't know squat about Tacomas. Sooooo...I'll be hanging out around here, probably asking my share of questions of you guys down the road.

Nope. Came with a new set of cheesy street tires. But, I got a credit for those when I bout the Coopers! Not bad.
