    I have been using the Aux cable connected to my phone in order to stream from the phone, are there any other ways (devices) to add Bluetooth connectivity to Taco like most recent cars?

    Definitely an opportunity to upgrade to a head unit with Apple Carplay or Android Auto. Makes a WORLD of difference for long trips.

    Skys the limit brother. Pioneer is good quality, but the lesser brands will probably work just fine if you don't live in your truck.

    I replaced my head unit with a Pioneer from Best Buy that was in the $350 range. Free install. Just fine for my needs.
    Android Auto is great for trips.

    If you have steering radio wheel controls, you’ll need an adapter to retain the controls. Check the options on Crutchfield. I’m too cheap, I got a Nulaxy wireless transmitter on Amazon. It has a data card port which is what I usually use to carry and play my entire music collection on mp3 files. Can also connect my iPhone to listen to Spotify.
