2022 Remote Start Smartphone App

Getting cold out so I tried to do remote start from the app but keep getting this error. Seems to work from the key fob, and strangely enough works from my Apple Watch. Just not directly from the app on iPhone. Anyone else seen this or have any ideas? I checked all doors, no key fob left in vehicle, etc…

 

When I first got my truck I used the app a few times while it was free. Once the free membership was up I let it go as it never worked right. Always had some error or it would take to much time trying to load my info.

 

Had this same issue when I tested the app with my brand new Tacoma at the dealership. Opened and closed all doors, locked them from the app, that seemed to clear the error. Haven’t had the chance to test it again, but I’m curious if this a widespread bug.
