    Anyone else out there have issues with cylinder head assembly going out with low mileage toyota tacoma

    toyota wants 7400 to make repair and that's not happening especially with only 68000 miles

    What do you expect them to do? 8,000 miles is a lot of driving. Its not like it failed within 50 miles of warranty expiring.

    You don't have to get it fixed at a dealer. Find a reputable shop let them look at and give a quote. Bet you'll save thousands.

    Dude on YouTube that I follow bought an 18 Tacoma with a known blown motor. He bought a used motor out of a wreck, 30k miles $3500.
    So dealer is screwing you.
