    6000 different shock options....

It really boils down to how much weight you're going to be carrying constantly. A progressive add a leaf is usually my go-to option when it comes to trucks that will be carrying loads. The sumo springs are also a great option, keeps your load incredibly stable

Yup! The dog and I are headed into the Penokee's tonight for some dirt and camp. Tomorrow is for conquering a road that has bested me twice this summer-the winch is READY! Shovel and ramps too. Supposedly there is/was a fire tower at the summit: thus my compulsion... For the Bayfield participants we drove right by the entrance, but that one is tad more than scratchy... I will try and remember to take pictures.

If I had a new 3rd gen I'd cut the UCA bolts too, wouldn't want to bend that pristine sheet metal. Running those bolts backwards is fine per Toyota's own FSM, put some blue Loctite on the nuts and send it! Mine work fine that way.

Lol, it was to cut the sway bar out, don't need that garbage. Just figured I would razz you guys a little first. I knew with a very high degree of certainty that I wanted it off permanently (I Will never run a sway bar with aftermarket suspension as being without allows it to be truly independent suspension) and I didn't feel like dropping the skid and removing it in one piece the proper way so we cut it off.
Dude. I'm so satisfied. It rides fantastic on road and fantastic in the rough stuff. Better than any vehicle I've owned.

Looking good! That front should level out perfect with the rear after the springs settle in. Took mine a few weeks when I first installed them but you run enough trails it won't take long. Hit a few big bumps/potholes on dirt roads and it will speed that up!

Oh yeah, I was already out putting them through their paces, so happy with my purchase. Side note though, these are the new 11 notch style and according to the chart that lists lift height by notch, I should have gotten 1 inch. Unless they settle a whole bunch it seems like it will be more than an inch which by no means is a huge issue but something to take note of nonetheless.

Interesting, good to see they added more notches for more adjustability. Mine being 2nd gen I think I only have like 5 notches and kept them at zero because my stock leaves were DOA and I didn't want to mess with them at the time. They were initially about 1/2" high to start 1/4"+ high to start but settled back about the same. I think you'll be fine based on that picture.

Edit: Looked back at my build, it was more like 1/4"+ high not 1/2".

One of mine came out with next to no trouble.

The other one.... Necessitated the invention of some new swear words....
