Does anyone know where to find out which stereo wires are which?

I need to figure out what wire gives power when you put the truck in reverse.

The harness I got is using the ignition power to turn on the Camera.

It causes the Camera to turn on and stay on when the engine is started.

Don't the Joying HUs come with 2 different harnesses? I've never had an Android HU so I'm not sure but I could of sworn I saw something about that in videos when I was searching before I bought my HU.

Hooking up the camera to ignition power is the alternate method like if you want to be able to use it anytime with a button on the HU instead of only when reversing. I believe you want to hook up the camera power to the reverse light. That's how it's recommended to be connected on my Alpine as well as the reverse trigger to the HU so that it turns on only when put into reverse. My Alpine has an additional camera button & to use additional cameras for that you would wire the camera power to ignition, etc.

Does your camera have the integrated power wire for the camera RCA?

Everything I have is what came with the truck besides the HU. The Camera is the original backup camera.

If the camera is on whenever the engine is on, that tells me that it is on some other power source than the backup/reverse power.

Either that or the config settings for the 2022 is just different than other year's config. IDK

I am going to try a few different settings and see what it does, but I also noticed that the A/C controls don't work either.

I see, ok, factory BU camera. Stupid me, I was just assuming an aftermarket camera.

My truck is old so it don't have all that new technology. Not that it really matters for you but for aftermarket HUs & cameras this is how I understand it.

HUs that only have one camera input usually used for the reverse camera, some may not have a reverse trigger wire & only senses a camera signal input to switch display to the camera video. When the camera signal turns off the camera display on the HU switches off. In this case the camera power should be wired to the reverse light circuit.

HUs like my Alpine that has multiple camera inputs, there is a reverse trigger wire for the HU that is supposed to be wired to the reverse light circuit. This tells the HU when to switch to reverse camera display. In cases like this the camera can be wired to ignition power or whatever in addition to a separate camera button that can be used whenever.

Does your Joying have a reverse trigger wire? Hopefully it's just a setting. I would try them all before trying to rewire stuff if needed.

There's this guy I saw on YT "Saab Unleashed" that tests/reviews a lot of Android HUs. If you don't get it figured out maybe he might be able to help you. I think this is the same guy who I heard say Joying is pretty good at helping when you have issues.

Those are the only extra wires comming from the HU.

The camera RCA are these two wires on the joying side, I believe.

Then this is the car side.

I think the backup illumination might be the pink, but at the same time I don't know which wire is for the camera's power.
