I’m looking for some help. My ‘07 tacoma flatbed overland build was totaled. I was pitted in the rear passenger side sending me
Into a roll. Thankfully the camper itself was off the truck. But now no more truck to haul the camper.
Insurance only wants to pay me for an ‘07 tacoma double cab long bed with 149.6k. About 22k. I’m saying if I had put that truck on the market today I would have asked 30k and probably gotten close to that (without camper).
I’m basically looking for a couple comparables to prove what these trucks are worth. If anyone out there has a similar build with a flatbed or knows of one thats sold for about that total. I’d love to chat.

The only guy I know of that has a similar build to yours is a guy I see on instagram. I think it's @overlandunderbudget. Super cool self-built flatbed/camper rig.

Unfortunately 1st gen, but with roughly the same setup. May be worth reaching out.

Sorry to hear your truck was totaled dude.. I know that pain. RIP :sadviolin:

    Yes
I hate to say it but if you did not submit receipts for everything to your insurance company and pay for extra coverage on the value of those items then you only insured a bone stock 07’ and you are highly likely to be SOL. I pay a bit extra yearly to insure the true value of mine and have paid for assumed value policies on show vehicles i have owned in the past as well. This unfortunately could be a very hard lesson learned.
