Scored a Viair 400c compressor and 2.5 gal tank last weekend. My younger brother pulled them out of his JK before trading it in a few years ago, so the kit is pretty much complete, just got the right relay and have to order a switch. I mocked everything up tonight and I’m excited to dig into this project.

ARB Twin for me. Haven't had a single problem with heat. No problems filling up my 33's and my buddy's 37's either. I also built my own version of that quad hose multi inflation kits.

I mounted my compressor My 2022 doesn’t have storage bins, so I’m looking for a new solution.

It is technically "onboard". Nice, neat package just grab and go. Not like I'm using it everyday so it works for me.

That is the exact one I'm using, only I rewired the power connector and internals (looks really bad internally so pulled everything and used bigger wire and soldered instead of clipped) then mounted it to a panel and stuffed it under the passenger seat.

I decided to mount under the driver's seat. I added 1" seat jacker from Desert Does It & made a simple mount with some strong tie straps.

There's room for the air hose and the switch is easy to reach:

I also added the Front Multi Mount Panel from Desert Does It. And attached my
NOCO Boost Plus GB40 1000 Amp 12-Volt Lithium Jump Starter Box. The jump starter includes flashlight and USB ports which makes it extra handy

I hope you moved the cords under the seat to *above* the attachment bars, so they don't hang down on the compressor. It is the airbag sensor switch and some other electrical attachments down there. The instructions for the Desert Does It mount is specific about that due to heat and rattling, etc.
