Can't find the answer to my question so I'm starting a new thread.

I ordered the bushing and have the tool but it will not be here for another week. Is it ok to drive the truck till it gets here?
The sound is noticable and the CV axle has play. Attached is a video of the movement.

You'll be fine. That cv play doesn't look too bad and I'm not 100% sure the ECGS bushing will change that. However, the bushing eliminates should that vibration under the pedal that goes away when in 4wd.

    Every tacoma has this play.

Search it up. There's no reason to install the bushing unless you have noise from a lift.

I am getting the noise. It sounds like an unbalanced tire and goes away in 4wd. I'm sitting at 2.5 inches with my Kings and new uniball uppers. Prior to that I was running 5100s with no noise.
