    Shaver Lake, CA. At least what's left of it in the winter when they drain off a chunk. Also, there was a huge fire a couple years back that ripped through from Big Creek, CA all the way down to Oakhurst, CA. (Big Creek Fire). I haven't been up to see it in well over a decade and wanted to see what was left. The town of Shaver Lake is still there and several cabins remain, but the drive up 168 is nothing but burnt toothpicks (pines). Kind of sucks, but also bittersweet to see.
