    Great price. I had one like that but the dull matte black is such a giveaway as a faux grille and they are super prone to having letters just fall off.
    I had issues like that with mine and sold it.

    Every dealer I checked with asked for a VIN..... including at least one of the ones listed. I was told by two different dealers that Toyota is who is requires the VIN.

    I was able to order mine by supplying a VIN that belongs to a 2021 Pro that was listed for sale. Proceed to order one and the dealer will ask for a VIN. Pretty simple but still silly IMO.

    Exactly my experience as well. My dealership parts guy even sat there while I searched up a Pro vin from the internet.

    Mine finally came in a couple days ago. Took about 3-4 weeks. Provided a pro vin from the start. Dealer actually called me because they had to report to Toyota what was wrong with the grille. Simply told them it was broken and that was all they needed. Toyota released one to them and they sent it directly to me.

    No doubt. That’s precisely why I’m so blown away at the lengths some dealerships will take to basically NOT make a sale on parts and install.

    Just tried to buy one from both toyotapartsdeal.com and ban wholesale parts.com, and both list the grille as “no longer available”. Can get the over-priced garnish though!

    Toyota has always made these hard to get. Not because they wanted to, but because of some perceived safety risk with the TSS system, and they felt legally compelled to. Granted, I had the OEM grille & garnish on my ‘18, and never had an issue.

    I’ve found I can still order a pre ‘18 OEM grille and garnish from Amazon, but at a combined cost of $720 before tax…nah. Too rich for aesthetics for me. The OEM grille on my ‘22 is good enough for the time being.

    Pre-dates the 3G as well. I tried to bribe a parts guy with like $100 or order me the graphite TRD beadlocks in 2012 for my 2013 and he couldn’t do it.

    I can't tell a difference b/w the knock off i got and the real thing. Dull matte black? If it is dull, it matches the other "dull" black plastics that come stock on the truck. We'll see how it ages in 5 years.

    Finally got mine installed from the dealer I mentioned in this thread. The dealer will probably call you when you order one because Toyota corp wants an explanation as to why you need to replace it according to the pro vin you provide.

    PS. Anyone have suggestions on the front camera addition to trucks without one? 535F9ACF-6769-4FE3-8E03-00E5F4DFC845.jpg

    Based on your recommendation, I placed an order with the same dealer back on the 24th. Haven’t heard a word from them since, other than the order confirmation email. I hope it’s just a waiting thing. How long did it take them to contact you?

    I’m going to go with the anytimebackupcamera.com kit, that comes with the front camera and harness. Seems like the best solution for the moment to me.
