Sorry if this has been done to death here, but I haven't been able to find anything relevant.

Is the TRD lift available on the V6, 4x4, double cab long bed? I've seen conflicting info.

    Thanks

Technically no, my dealer would install it, but most will not. It’s something to do with liabilities. I’ve only seen us dealers reject it.

I would suggest buying your own lift kit separately. We can help you along the way.

Thank you. I saw one video shot at a dealership where they were displaying a 4x4 dclb with the kit then read an article saying Toyota won't do it on those models. Curious what the liability angle is.

Could be crash test compliance, the TRD Pro and Trail models are lifted and both only come DCSB. Not sure.

It's just 4 shocks, a grill and a 1" spacer for the rear axle, it's worth looking at other options.

The only perk is that it pairs with factory warranty if installed before ownership, so it gets the 3 year warranty rather than standard parts warranty with a 3rd party kit.
