I just ran a compression test on my 2002 3rz and got:
    Cylinder 1: 150 psi
    Cylinder 2: 60 psi
    Cylinder 3: 105 psi
    Cylinder 4: 150 psi
I added a little oil to each cylinder which had negligible impact on the readings.
The engine seems to run very well and no missfire. The check engine light is on for O2 sensor and evap leak which shouldn't have anything to do with the compression, correct?

I've never overheated it and have not lost any coolant so I doubt it's a head gasket issue and it doesn't burn a drop of oil.

I've done a little research on the burnt valves on these engines from neglecting valve adjustments and wondering what the likelihood of that is based off my symptoms. I guess my next step should be to perform a leak down test

Did you test with cold engine? Run that leak down and give us the results. That is odd it not burning oil or misfiring.

The engine was up to operating temp. Could the exhaust valves need adjusting but aren't bad enough to cause a burnt valve? I picked up the truck almost a year ago so I'm not entirely sure of the previous maintenance history

I’d run a leak down. I’d lean towards your tool maybe being on the fritz or Did cylinder 3 improve or was that a typo? How many miles on it?

I edited the original post, I made a typo. It's got 390,000 km (about 240,000 miles). I'll definitely do a leak down as the next step
