So is this tires or bearings?

    TRD Cold Air Intake, Fat Bob's Vated Bilstein fronts set at 3 inches, stock rear leafs with ICON progressive multi leaf "add a leaf", MBRP Stainless dual exhaust, Sport Hood with scoop, Pedal Commander, Pro Comp 16x8 wheels with 265/75R16 KO2's, toneau cover.
    If it gets louder as you sway the wheel back and forth it's prob a bearing, you would have to have heard one several times or more but it's a very distinct noise. You can safely lift and support the truck, drive it in 4wd between 35 and 45 MPH and listen to the bearings with a mechanics stethoscope through the spindles, but you'll only hear the bearings if they are really in bad shape.

    A little update but it was tires.

    However

    Still another noise on the highway, a wum-wum-wum from the rear end around 50-60 on light throttle and vibrations around 65-70. So back to the tire shop for another balancing and then do gear oil change to see if that helps at all.
