    If you don't have 4wd, right now is pretty impassible going UP the hill. Weather has caused a lot of deep/loose sand. Going DOWN the hill seems to be "doable" if you can make it through deep sand. The ruts on the climbs are massive on all 3 of the obstacles. There are also some rock slides/detours, so be careful when exploring near ledges or mud caving.

    We run this trail in October, and haven't seen it this bad in the last 5 years. Maybe it gets worse during the rest of the year, but I don't have that information.
