Hi everyone. I bought a 2013 Prerunner a few years back, and for the past few months I've been having progressively worse vibrations in increments of 20. When accelerating, the whole truck shakes from 17-20, and stops until I hit 40 where it does the same. It's gotten much worse in the last few weeks. It's a 2wd with around 160,000 on it. I've also gotten the tires balanced and rotated twice since the vibrations started. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

    Is your truck an Automatic?
And what engine? 4 or 6 cylinder?

I had vibrations when accelerating from 30mph or so, usually at lower speeds. Mine turned out to be a cracked drive shaft and worn out U-joint.

An easy way to help narrow it down is if it’s tire speed vibration or driveline speed vibration

Definitely check driveline and associated components, particularly if any suspension mods.
