Hickory is in the hands of a loving family in middle GA. I got lots of family and friends down south, and all I had to do was load ‘em up. My buddy Mark was going to take him, but his neighbors have been looking for a pup, and when they saw how good he was…well the 11yr old girl fell I love with him. So that’s where he went.

I ain’t an emotional kinda guy…but taking him from being killed that day to leaving him with this little girl, almost got a tear rollin

 

Two maintenance guys are standing, looking up at a flagpole. A young woman comes up and asks what they are doing.

“Boss told us to measure the flagpole but we don’t have a ladder so we can’t”

The woman rolls her eyes, pulls the pin out of the base and lays it down. She takes the tape measure from them, measures and says “25’ 6”

After she walks away one of the guys says “Typical blonde. We needed to know the height. Not the length”

 

Awesome! Obviously cant help them all but glad you could save one

 

Save them all! Take no prisoners! I have saved a bunch.

Probably my craziest stunt was stopping the Interstate in downtown ATL to grab a hit PitBull Pup.
I wrapped his mouth with a towel and began a betadine wash and stappled his ass up on the tailgate of my truck.
I think the on lookers thought I was nuts or rather knew I am.

I named that dog Langford after Langford PKWY next to the airport. My best friend has that dog…and changed his life.

 

7:51 AM. Gettin’ things started the right way. Waiting to catch the ferry over to Avalon.

 

I will tell you that Hickory would have made an amazing hunting dog. I took looking for grouse, and boy was he on it!

 

you can't drink all day if you don't start in the morning!!
