Hi, long-time lurker here, second official post.

I'm currently trying to fit 275 70 r 17 ko2s on my Tacoma and have decided on a leveling kit with the Bilstein B8 5100 adjustable shocks with stock springs for the front and leaving the rear completely stock along with not messing with the rear suspension.

Just curious if doing the level will mess with the toyota safety sense due to the fact that I use the dynamic cruise control fairly often on my commute to school, which is all highway with some neighborhood driving.

Also, I've heard that the second setting on the strut of which I belive is 0.68" will make the truck fairly level, is this accurate for a gen 3 specifically a 2020 Trd Off-road? Also, for any one that has done this hows is the ride quality after the level, does it affect visibility? Any pics of something similar are very much appreciated!

Technically, any lift does affect it. Very mild affect but basically it reads further and lane departure is slightly less accurate.

Ideally you could get the truck recalibrated at a shop or dealer, but its pricey.

For a 5100 mild lift, I wouldn't recalibrate unless you run into issues.

Basically, imagine a heavy load in the truck, this points the nose up, like a leveling kit. The safety sense still works.
