My 2014 Tacoma PreRunner has 133000 miles. Would like replace shocks. I use it off road a little when hunting & fishing, nothing really rough. I pull a small boat trailer & once in while a double axle uhaul trailer. Want something better than original equipment. I know I want to replace front coils & maybe rear for a little lift.

Check out Bilstein 5100’s. Rear lift requires blocks, AAL or new leaf springs.

There aren’t really “better” coil springs nor do they wear out under normal use. You can however buy coil springs of different lengths and spring rates to suit your preferences.

There are many shock absorber options. Use your favorite internet search engine.

Here is a good starter on lifting your truck.
