Confirm What This interior LED/Light Goes To?

I bought several interior kits years ago and I’ve stumbled upon these. I think they might be for the dash someplace but not certain..

 

Shoot it does look a bit like the license plate bulb when I google search.. Only changed those once years ago.

Reason I thought it was interior was because of the blue - I changed majority of my interior lights to blue.

 

What I was thinking also

 

Is it safe to say because of the blue tint they'll project blue? That would narrow down to interior as I wouldn't ever put red/blue lights on the outside of my vehicle (not license).

I've also already replaced my map lights to white/LED lol, maybe it was for the original head unit buttons that I replaced years ago.
