HAHA too funny, no insult taken. The minute I read your 1st remark it made me think of the other "jewelry" I wore around that age along with that ring (the only thing I still wear) was the big gaudy silver chains and bracelets..

HAHA That's like putting your whole mouth in the dip! Look, when you take a chip, just take one dip and END IT! I'll double dip in my OWN ketchup, thank you very much.

I’m using Quadlock wireless charger. It has a button on the back of the stand to turn on/ off the charger. I ran the wiring inside and tapped into the 12V port.
Works great, guess the only downside is that you have to use a Quadlock case.

George not only double dipped but disgustingly decrumbed his hands of chip crumbs and lord knows what else directly over the bowl. What a jackass lol.

Super helpful - I transitioned from my random one that worked great in my Gen 2 to being super annoying in my Gen 3 due to the change in vents. It still clips on but turns angle with every curve. And this is how I learned I should be able to wirelessly charge in my truck. Neato

@mOjO_Taco Can you comment on the Quadlock case? Is it bulky?

You can swap course motorsports magnetic mount to a friction mount and still have the clean look and rigidity from it being mounted to the radio bolts

It may be a little bulky at first? It measures about 3.25” wide but I’m pretty happy with it and that I could set it up for charging wireless and it won’t fall off at all.

I use a cheap Nulaxy brand mount of Amazon. They're like $10 each, attach super easy with some 3M tape, hold my phone tight, are unobtrusive when my phones not in it, and last quite a while. My first one did break after like 2 years and thousands of washboard miles, but whatever, I can literally replace it for the next 10 years for less cost than one of the fancy ram mount ones.

yeah… If you gues don’t have the magnetic Rokform case you’re missing out big time.
    https://www.rokform.com/
They just came out with a wireless charging mount for us so you just twist-lock the phone on and you’re charging (and she ain’t going anywhere) even if you’re wheeling hard.
    https://www.rokform.com/products/roklock-wireless-charger
Also Incredibly helpful to have a magnetic phone you can mount to anything metal. Especially if you work on your truck (just mounted line inside the hood to use as a light and record when installing the K&N cold air intake and my battery upgrades..
(Or if you want to slap your phone on the microwave or fridge to watch football while making chili)

    Apple magsafe.

But I ditched my Apple phone because I very much disliked it.

So I glued a metal ring to my Android case and continue to use magsafe.

Cheap Amazon magsafe charger mounted to a hand made dmm and a 3d printed bracket

Can you give more details on this mount combination? What did you have to order specifically? Do you have a side angle show you can show?

I got this setup from Quad Lock (in addition to the phone-specific case):
    https://www.quadlockcase.com/collec...RTFAtMzYwLURQTSIsImJhc2UiOiJRTFAtMzYwLUYySCJ9

And this Un-Holey mount from Hondo Garage:
    https://hondogarage.com/products/un-holey-tacoma-dash-mount
Also these cord clips from Hondo:
    https://hondogarage.com/collections/tacoma-accessories/products/tacoma-phone-cord-clips

I routed the cord from the back of the wireless charging head around the dash, into the glove compartment (where the extra cord slack lives), and down to a USB charger in the cigarette lighter.

I'll take some more pictures this afternoon after I'm off work.
